DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL TRANSPORTE E INST ALACIÓN Para mover la unidad, sosténgala siempre por la bas e y levántela con cuidado manteniéndola en posición vertical. Debe evitarse siempre inclinar la unidad a más de 45 grad os, colocarla en posición invertida o hacerla reposar sobre un lateral, sobre la pared posteri or o sobre la puerta.

3. T ras 30 minutos de func ionamiento, compruebe que el frigorífico está frío. CONTROL DE TEMPERA TURA 1. El control de temperatura (el mando del te rmostato) se encuentra dent ro del frigorifico. 2. Al girar el mando del termostato se ajusta la temperatura del frigorífico.
CÓMO DESCONGELAR 1. Cuando el frigorífico f unciona durante un determinado período de tiempo, la superficie interna del frigorífico quedará recubierta por una cap a de hielo blanco. Esto podría aumentar el nivel de consumo de electric idad y consecuentemente disminuir el efecto de refrigeración.
− No toque los alimentos que se encuentra n congelados con las manos húmedas. Esto podría hacer que se lastim en por el congelamiento. − Se recomienda evitar el uso de cables de extensión. − Advertencia: mantenga despejadas las aber turas de ventilación del artefacto.
LIMPIEZA: − Para limpiar lo frigorífico, la misma deberá desenchufarse del suministro eléctrico. − Utilice agua y detergente no abrasivo. − Limpie con un paño suave mojado con es ta solución y seque con un p año seco. − Recuerde despejar la purga de descongelamiento ubicada en la parte trasera, justo encima de la tap a de vidrio.
Problema: Detección de ruidos. Causa: − El artefacto no se ha nivelado adecuadamente. − Lo frigorífico está en contacto con la p ared. − Los accesorios de lo frigorífico se han colocado incorrectamente. Problema: El artefacto no enfría lo suficiente.

-9 - TEMPERA TURE CONTROL 1. The temperature control (thermostat k nob) is located inside the refrigerator . 2. T urning the thermostat k nob adjusts the temperature of the refrigerator/freezer . 3. The marks on the knob represent di f ferent settings.
Notes: Never use sharp met al tools or it will damage the refrigerator . -10- NOTES: − The appliance should be so positioned t hat the plug is easily accessible. − If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replac ed by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

-12 - WORKING DEFECTS AND F AILURES Symptom: Appliance wi ll not work at all. Cause: The power supply plug is not inserted in the wall socket or the plug and the outlet is loose. Due to some anomaly in the household electric supply circuit, no power is reaching the refrigerator supply socket.
