Make sure fryer is unplugged and wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp soapy cloth.

Attach magnetic end of SureRELEASE TM cord assem- bly directly to the fryer (See Figure 1). This should be done prior to plugging the cord into the wall outlet.
-6- 4. Make sure that fryer is off and insert plug into 120 volt AC outlet. 5. T urn fryer to desired temperature position. The Power Indicator will illuminate. The Ready Indicator will illuminate when the oil has reached the preset temperature. 6. Using your slotted spoon, place food inside the fryer (Do not over stack food).
