5 LISTENING WITH HEADPHONES Connect the plug of the stereo headphones into the PHONES (GREEN) socket. Caution: A void excessive volume levels and listening to sound for a long period of time when using headphones. ■ Adjust V olume to the desired level.

11 • Play Mode - When Play Mode displayed, press PLA Y/PAUSE button to confirm. - Press MENU UP or MENU DOWN button to select other mode to display: 1. Normal 2. Introduction 3. Repeat 1 4. Repeat All 5. Random 6. Program 7. ProgramRepeat 8. Program Random -P ress PLA Y/P AUSE (ENTER) button to confirm above mode to be selected.

14 SOLUTION Replace batteries. Check AC adaptor connection. Reinsert disc with label disc facing up. T ry another compact disc. Closed lid securely. Remove the disc, and leave the compartment door open for about one hour to dry the moisture condensation.
