3 Changing Modes The Ricoh MP 3025 can produce in a variety of modes. To toggle betw een the modes, use the equipment control panel on the front of the machine.
4 Basic Copy Features 1. To make a copy, press the ‘Copy’ button located o n the left hand side of the contro l panel. 2. Place your originals on the glass or in the automatic document feeder.
5 Pale – this option can be select ed if the original document ha s pale lines or pencil m arks that can be difficult to view when copied.
6 Paper Selection The paper select feature allows yo u to manually select the desired pa per size for your copies. 1. Select ‘ Paper Select’ on the bas ic copy interactive screen. 2. Select the appropriate pap er size desired. Auto – Copy is the same size as the orig inal.
7 Finishing The finishing option will allow stapling of copy sets as they are produced. 1. Place the originals in the autom atic document feeder and se lect ‘Finishing’ on the interactive screen. Your location may have optional finisher feat ures on your equipment.
