Specifying E-mail Destinations 17 1 Selecting a destination from the list Select the destination from the destination list. A In the destination list, press the key including the destination name. The key of the selected destination is highlighted, and the destination appears in the destination field at the top of the screen.

If the entered number is less than five digits, press the { q } key after the last number. Example: To enter 00003 Pres s the { 3 } , and then press the { q } key.

To send scan files to FTP server folders, use the FTP protocol. 2. FTP server The FTP server is a server that provi des file transfer services among computers on the same network.
