Copying 56 2 ❒ Punchable paper sizes are as fo llows: ❒ Since punch holes are made in each copy, the punch hole positions vary slightly. ❒ The punch ho le positions change accordi ng to the direction of t he paper se- lected.

Jo b Pres et 65 2 Job Preset If a long cop y job is in progre ss and y o u d o n o t w i s h t o w a i t f o r i t t o f i n i s h , you ca n use this functio n to set up the next one cop y job in advance . When the current cop y job is finished, your copy job will be sta rted auto maticall y.
Copying 66 2 Other Functions Energy Saver Mode If you do no t operate the machi ne for a certain period after copying, or when you p ress the { Energy Sa ver } key, the d isplay disapp ears a nd th e machine enters Ener gy Saver mode. When you press the { En ergy Saver } key aga in, the mach ine returns to the ready c onditio n.
Othe r Fun cti ons 67 2 D When copying is complete, re- move your originals and copies. E Pre ss th e { { { { Interrupt } } } } key again. The Interrup t indicator goes off. The previous copy job settings w ill be res tored an d the m achine w ill continue copying from where it left off .

Preset Redu ce/Enlarge 69 2 Preset Reduce/Enlarge You ca n select a preset r atio for cop y- ing. Note ❒ You can select one of 12 p reset ra- tios (5 enlargem ent ratios, 7 red uc- tion ratio s). ❒ Use “ Create Margin ” to r educe the image to 93% of its original size with the centre as reference.
