1. Outline The R0E0100TNPFK00 is a convert er board for connecting the flexible cable R0E001000FLX10 to a foot pattern for 100-pin 0.5mm pitch LQFP (PLQP0100KB-A). 2. Package Components (See Figure 1) Check to see if the R0E0100TNPFK00 package has all the following contents before using this product.
(3/4) 5. Connection Procedure (See Figure 3) The procedure for connecting th e R0E0100TNPFK00 is shown below. (1) Mount the NQPACK100SD- ND on the user system. (2) Attach the YQPACK100SD on the NQPACK100SD-ND. (3) Secure th e four corners of the YQPACK100SD with the YQ-GUIDEs.
