13 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace The "02" refer numbers (i.e. 02-65) are molded into the rear of each log. 1) Carefully remove the logs from the box and unwrap them. The logs are fragile, handle with care - do not force into position. 2) Sprinkle the embers on the front, left and right sides of the fi rebox base.

15 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace Diagram 1 F ACEPLA TE, TRIM & LOUVER INST ALLA TION 1) Lay the faceplate panels fl at, face down on something soft so they don't scratch. 2) T ake the top faceplate and align the holes in it with the holes in the side panels.
16 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace PREMIUM FLUSH FRONT INST ALLA TION 6) Place the ECS manual control switch key pad on the outside of the opening in the faceplate and the control switch to the inside of the faceplate. Align the holes and secure in place using the 2 bolts, washers, phenolic spacers, split lock washers and nuts.
17 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace 11 ) Place the cable ties thru the cable tie holders in the heat shield loosely to secure loose wires. Run the CA T5 cable from the unit thru the cable ties on the heat shield and tighten cable ties. Ensure not to overtighten.
18 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace Heat Defl ector T ab into T ab Bracket Diagram 1 1 15) Completely mount the faceplate to the unit. .See diagram 13. Diagram 13 Faceplate Installation: 16) Secure the faceplate in place using 2 screws on the left and right side.
19 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace 19) Carefully lift off the ignition module from the velcro and slightly bring forward. Remove the wire harness connected to the ignition module as shown in diagram 17. Diagram 17 Ignition Module 20) Discard the complete wire harness that was connected to the valve and ignition module.
20 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace 25) Secure all loose wires in the wire clip to the right side of the valve. See diagram 23. Diagram 23 26) Secure the hinge bracket and hinge to the outside of the fi rebox fl ange on the left and right side as shown using 2 screws on each side.
21 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace REMOTE CONTROL Use the Regency Remote Control Kit approved for this unit. Use of other systems may void your warranty .
22 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace WIRING WITH PREMIUM FLUSH FRONT OPTION CAUTION: Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause improper and dangerous operation.

26 Regency IG35 Gas Inbuilt Fireplace MAINTENANCE F AN MAINTENANCE T o Remove Fan: 1) Turn the unit of f and allow it to cool to room temperature, 2) Unplug or disconnect power source to stove. 3) Open the bottom louvre. 4) Remove the ECS harness from the back clip.
