1 PRECAUTIONS T O A VOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE MICROW A VE ENERGY (a) Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door-open since open-door operation can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy . It is important not to defeat or tamper with the safety interlocks.
2 IMPORT ANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed, including the following: W A RNING - T o reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, injury to persons or exposure to excessive microwave energy: 1.

6 · Glass and glass-ceramic bowls and dishes — Use for heating or cooking. · Paper plates and cup s — Use for short-term heating at low temperatures. Do not use recycled paper , which may contain metal and could ignite. · W ax paper — Use as a cover to prevent spattering.
7 COOKING TECHNIQUES Y our microwave makes cooking easier than conventional cooking, provided you keep these considerations in mind: Stirring S tir foods such as casseroles and vegetables while cooki ng to distribute heat evenly . Food at the outside of the dish absorbs more energy and heats more quickly , so stir from the outside to the center .
8 BEFORE Y OU CALL FOR SERVICE If the oven fails to operate: A) Check to ensure that the oven is plugged in securely . If it is not, remove the plug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again securely . B) Check for a blown circuit fuse or a tripped main circuit breaker .

Use the num ber pads to enter cookin g time. 4. Press ST AR T pad. NOTE: Grill cooking power is set at full power level by the system.
11 1. Press ROAST pad 2. Use the num ber pads 1-4 to enter convection temperature. I n this case, press number pad 3. 3. Use the number pads to enter cooking time. In this case, press num ber pads 2,4,0,0. 4. Press ST AR T pad to start. NOTE: After tim e has elapsed four beeps s ound and END appears in display .

CLEANING AND CARE 1. Turn of f the oven and remove the power plug from the wall socket befo re cleaning. 2. Keep the inside of the oven clean. When food splatters or spilled liquids adhere to oven walls, wipe with a damp cloth. Mild detergent may be used if th e oven gets very dirty .
