5 | razer™ 3 . INSTALLING YOUR RAZ ER NAGA Note: You may skip Steps 1-3 if you al ready have a Raz er Synapse 2.0 ins talled an d an existing account. Step 1: Download the Razer Synapse 2.0 installer from http://www .razersupp ort.com Step 2: Ru n the installer and follow the onscreen instructions.
6 | For game rs by gamers™ 4. USING YOUR R AZER NAGA USING BASIC [123 ] AND ADV ANCED [NUM] MODES The Razer Naga provides a 12-button [1-12] Thumb Grid in two modes: Basic [123] and Advanced [Num]. To change b etween the Basic [123] and Advanced [Num ] mode, simply use th e switch at th e bottom of your Razer Naga.
7 | razer™ Advanced [NUM] C onfigura tion In the Advanced [Num] mode, t he 12 -button thumb grid works the same as a keypad’s numerical keys. These buttons allow you to have quicker access to in -game commands without having the need to reach for the keypad.
8 | For game rs by gamers™ USING THE GRID TRA INER If you encounter difficulty in using the thumb grid even after hours of gameplay, it is recommend ed that you use a grid trainer. Choose any numb er of trainers off the grid below and attach them carefully with the adhesive side onto y our choice of buttons on the Razer Naga.

10 | For gamers by gamers™ PROFILE A P rofile is a c onven ient way of sav ing all of the changes you have made on your device. A single Profile can store numerous settings such as button assignments and sensitivity adjustm ents. Profile contains the default settings of your device.
11 | razer™ CUSTOMIZE TAB The Customize Tab is where you can modify the basic functionalities of your device such as button ass ignments to suit your gaming needs. The changes made in this tab are automatically sav ed to you r current profile . Top View The Top View is where you can customize the 5 basic mouse bu ttons and the mouse wheel.
12 | For gamers by gamers™ Side View The Side Vie w is where you can customize th e 12-button thumb grid. You may configure both the Basic [123] and the Advanced [ NUM] modes using the toggle located on the middle of the screen. Configuring the thumb grid buttons on any mode does not require you to use the switch underneath the Razer Naga.
13 | razer™ KEY ASSIGNMENT M ENU Initially, each of the mouse buttons is se t to Default. Ho wever, you may change the function of these buttons by clicking the desired button to access the Key Assignment Menu. Listed below are the customization options and their desc riptions.
14 | For gamers by gamers™ Mouse Functio n Th is option allows you to c hange the m ouse buttons into other mouse functions . To choose a mouse function, s elect MOUSE FUNCTION from the Key Assignment Menu and an ASSI GN BUTTON submen u will appear.
15 | razer™ Macro A Macro is a pre recorde d sequence of keystrokes and button presses that is executed wi th p recise tim ing. By ass igning a Macro to a button, you can execute complex combinations with ease.

Similar to the Customize Tab, the changes made here are automatically saved to your current profile. Listed below are the performance options an d their desc riptions.
17 | razer™ Enable X-Y Sensitivit y By default, the X -axis (horizontal) and Y-axis (vertical) use the same sensitivity values. However, you may set different sensitivity values to each of the axes by selecting the “ Enable X- Y Sen sitivity ” option.
18 | For gamers by gamers™ LIGHTING TAB The Lighting Tab allows you to configure the LEDs of your Razer Naga. Simply toggle the ON or OFF options to enable or disable the Scroll Wheel, Thumb Grid and Logo lighting. Similar to the previous tabs, the changes made here are also automatically saved to your current profile.
19 | razer™ MACROS TAB The Macros Tab allo ws you to create a series of precise keystrokes and button presses. This tab also allows you to have numerous macros and extremely long macro commands at your disposal . The Macro sec tion works similarly to Profile where in you can rename a mac ro by typing on the field below MACRO NAME .
20 | For gamers by g amers™ To create a macro command, simply click the button and all your keystrokes and button presses will autom atically register on the macro screen . W hen you are done recording your macro command s, click on the button to end the session.
21 | raz er™ Once you have record ed a macro, you may edit the comm ands you have ente red by selecting each command on the macro screen . Each keyst roke or button press is arranged sequ entially with the first comm and shown at the top of th e screen.
