Y ou should use a 3.5mm phone plug in the “IN” connector to make this connection. The tip of the connector is (+) positive , and the sleeve of the connector is (-) negative . A second terminal in the same block is labeled “OUT ” . This allows for remote turn-on of other devices when the AMP300 is po wered on.
Master Lev el Controls Each channel is able to control its v olume independently relative to the other channel. At the bottom left of the rear panel, there are 2 screwdriver adjustment knobs which correspond to the v olume level of the channel identified by a channel designator below it.
NO TE : Only one pair of channels can be bridged together . Do not attempt to bridge both A & B speaker terminals, as this may result in a low er impedance than the amplifier is designed to accommodate , and may damage your amplifier . The minimum impedance for the total load connected to a pair of channels in the bridged mode is 8-ohm.
6 Stereo Setup In this configuration, the mono switch is set to stereo f or stereo operation. Connect the line out jacks from a stereo preamplifier or source to the Line 2 input jacks of y our AMP200. Nex t connect your speakers to the terminals marked “SPEAKER A ” observing proper polarit y (see “Speaker T ermi- nals” Page 5).
