4 OPE R A T ION CHARGING HI NTS To see what is happenin g while your charg er is ch a r ging AAA, AA, C, o r D- size batte r i es, watch for t hese sym bols to app ear on t he charger’s d isplay. Cautions: • Remov e all batteries f rom the charger at least 3 seconds before connecting the charge r to AC power .
5 CONNECT ING POWER Before con necting po wer, remove all batteries from the charger. Insert t he supp lied adapter’s ba rrel plug in to the DC 12V 500 mA jack on the bac k of the charge r. Then pl u g the other end of t he adapte r i nto a standa rd AC outlet.
