MONT AGE Avant Utiliser quatre vis de montage. BEFESTIGUNG V orn Benutzen Sie vier Befestigungsschrauben. MONT AJE Frente Utilice cuatro tornillos. MOUNTING Front Use four mounting screws.
Operating voltage (AC mains) The serial number label indicates the correct AC mains voltage. Connecting to the wrong voltage is dangerous and may damage the amplifier . Inputs The “ combo ” input connectors accept standard male XLR and 6.3 mm (1/4") TRS connectors, both balanced and unbalanced.
Outputs Strip back insulation 13 mm. Sorties D é nuder le fil sur 13 mm. Ausg ä nge Kabel 13 mm abisolieren. Salidas Aislamiento de la parte de atr á s de la borna de 13 mm.
High-pass filter The high-pass filter removes ultra- low frequency information from the audio signal that could damage or cause distortion in a loudspeaker system. The DIP switch on the rear panel allows you to enable or disable the filter independently for either channel, as well as set it for either a 50 Hz or 30 Hz cut-off.
OPERA TION Configuring the amplifier An 8-position DIP switch on the rear panel allows you to configure certain amplifier characteristics. A diagram on the rear panel shows the individual switch functions and settings.
POSITIONS 3 AND 6: LIMITER These two positions affect the clip limiter for Channel 2 and Channel 1, respectively . The “ ON ” setting enables the limiter for that channel, while the “ OFF ” setting disables it.
Circuit breaker (100 and 120 V AC amplifiers only) The circuit breaker is on the front panel next to the power switch. If the circuit breaker trips due to an AC current overload, reset it. If the breaker trips again quickly , have the amplifier checked by an authorized QSC service center .
Gain controls The gain controls are located on the rear panel and are calibrated in dB of attenuation from full gain. V erst ä rkungseinstellung Die Verst ä rkungseinsteller befinden sich auf der R ü ckseite und sind in dB-Absenkung gegen ü ber voller Verst ä rkung kalibriert.
Parallel, stereo, and bridged mono Eingangsparallelschaltung, Stereobetrieb, und Mono-Br ü ckenbetrieb Est é reo, paralelo y mono puente Connecting outputs STEREO OPERA TION Stereo/Bridge switch .
BRIDGED MONO OPERA TION BRIDGED-MONO MODE CAUTION: Output voltages as high as 110 volts rms are available between the USA 1310's bridged terminals. Fully insulated CLASS ONE wiring must be used to connect the amplifier to the load, and the load must be rated up to 1200 watts (8 ohms).
PROTECTION Limiter During normal operation, the limiter does not affect the audio signal and is, in fact, inaudible. It will allow brief clipping of peaks and will only activate when continuous, hard clipping occurs. The limiter will then reduce the audio signal enough to minimize the amount of clipping.
DC fault protection The outputs will mute if DC or excessive subsonic energy appears at them. Protection contre une anomalie CC Les sorties seront coup é es en pr é sence de courant continu ou de signal subsonique excessif.
