5 1. Bereiding van ge wone rijst (zilvervliesrijst en witte rijst, niet voor gekookt) - Afmeten rijst: Gebruik voor het afmeten v an de rijst de bijgeleverde maatbeker . Een volle maatbek er is 100 gram rijst. Dit is een gemiddelde portie voor één persoon.
