Use this program if you are beginning or returning to a regular fitness routine. T he exercise session time is fi xed at 28 minutes and consists of seven 4-minu te intervals.

The progra m consists of op timized set tings combin ed with alternating forw ard and backward pedaling movements that focus on working t he thigh, gluteal, and calf muscle groups.

It is designed to increa se muscle tone, ca rdio- conditioning, and endurance over sever al weeks. The program consists of alternating forward and backward pedaling movements that focus on working the gluteal muscle group.
