4 NOTE: When per forming the f ollowing s tep, be sur e the star ter rope is not caught under the cable c lamps . The starte r rope must hang freely t o operate pr operly . 8 Make adjus tments w ith the unit s upported so the cutt ing attac hment is off the ground and will not mak e contac t w ith any objec t. Hold the unit by hand w hile running and making ad- justment s. Keep all par ts of your body away from the cut ting attachment and muffler .
