-- 8 -- REPLACE FUEL FIL T ER T o replace fuel fil ter, drain unit by running it dry of f uel, t hen remove fuel cap/ retainer ass em- bly from tank . P ull fi lter from tank and remove it from the fuel line. I nstal l new f uel filter on fuel line; reinst all parts .
