13 TROUBLE CAUSE REMEDY Engine will not start. 1. Engine flooded. 2. Fuel t ank empty. 3. Spark pl ug not fi ring. 4. Fuel not reaching carburetor . 5. Carburetor requires adjustm ent. 1. See “Starting a Flooded Engi ne” in Operation Sec tion. 2. Fill tank with correc t fuel mixture.
