9 FUELING & L UBRICA TION WAR N I N G : Remove fuel c ap sl owly when refueling. FU EL ING EN GINE This engine is c ertified to operate on un- leaded gasoline. Bef ore oper ation, gasoline must be mixed with a good quality sy nthetic 2-c yc le air-cooled engine oil des igned to be mixed at a ratio of 40: 1.
10 NOTE: If the engine s ounds as if it is try - ing to s tart before the 5th pull, s top pulling and immediately proc eed to the next s tep. 6. Push the c hoke k nob in c ompletely (to the OFF position); pull the starter rope until the engine star ts.
