Using the Basic Features of Y our SoundPoint IP® 560 Phone 3 - 11 Setting Up a Conference You can create a conference with other parties using the phone’s local conference feature. A conference may be creat ed at any time between an active call and a call on hold (on the same or another line) by pressing the More and Join soft keys.
