40 OPERATION Br eak-In Per iod The bre ak-in pe riod for your new Pola ris A TV is defined a s the fir st ten hours of opera tion, or the time it takes to use the first two full tanks of gasoline. No single action o n your part is as impor tant as following the proce dures for a prope r brea k-in.

T urn the ignition key past the ON position to enga ge the sta rter . Activate the sta rter for a ma ximum of five seconds, relea sing the key when the engine sta rts.
