6 Quick Installation 1. C onnect V ideo cable ( VGA cable) Make sure both monitor and comput er are po wer ed OFF . Connect the video cable ( VGA cable) to the computer , then to the monitor . 2. Co nnect Pow er cord Connect the power cord to a properly gr ou nded A C outlet, then to the monitor .
7 Basic Operation Before using the LED Monitor: Connect external equipments properly. Insert the power plug, and the power LED indicator will light orange. Power On/Off To turn the LED Monitor on/off: Press POWER button on the front of LED Monitor. The power LED indicator lights gr een when the LED Monitor is on.
8 Option 2: OSD & Pow er button lock – all 5 butto ns including the “POWER ” button are locked. Pr ess and h old the 1 button and the ▼ button f or 3 seconds to lock all 5 buttons. The LED Monitor will show an “Lock Out” message for 5~10 seconds and the message will disappear automatically .
9 Advanced Operation—OSD Menu Y ou can use the OSD m enu to ad just various settings for your LED Monitor . Press the 1 button to display the OSD Menu, and use ▲▼ to select th e desired OSD menu.
