4 Electrical Box With so many electrical back boxes it is hard to know which to purchase with any wall plate. For convenience Atlona has compiled recommended electrical boxes to use with the HDWP-UK and HDWP-IR-UK. For 9.5mm up to 12.5mm walls: Red/Grey 1 Gang box or mud ring is best For 12.
5 Wall Plate Installation There are four pieces that will need to be interconnected in order for the AT-HDWP-IR-UK to be installed in the wall. The electrical box (picture A), the HDBaseT module (picture B), the face plate (picture C) and the CAT cable.
6 Install the wall plate back box to the electrical box, use the two supplied 30mm screws. Thread the screws through the HDBaseT module into the electrical box (as seen above). Note: Do not overtighten the screw or the HDBaseT module may warp. Once a small amount of resistance is felt stop tightening.
