Introduction Congratulations on your purch ase of a NextWindo w 2403 Touch Panel Overlay. Configuring the Touch Screen To configure the touch screen, you need to run Next Wi ndo w’s configuration program, USB Con fig, on a computer that is connected to the touch scree n via a USB cable. USB Config is part of the Touch+ software suite, which can be downloaded from NextWind ow’s website: http://nextwindow.
Connecting the Touch Screen to the DVD Player Pioneer DVD players require a special serial cable with a 15-pin pl ug. This cable can be supplied by NextWindow or a third party. The following table and diagram sho w the pin number conne ctions (male connect or).
Calibrating the Touch Screen 1. With all the components conne cted and switched on (as listed in previous sectio n), pre ss the calibration button on the back of the tou ch screen. The program moves the pointer to a pos ition at the top left of the screen 2.
