1 Chapter 1 Introduction Overview The VE829 5x2 HDMI Wireless Extend er is the first of its kind to send full uncompressed HD 1080p, while connecting up to 5 source devices and allowing users to switch and inde pendently select any source to display on two HDTVs.

15 Chapter 3 Basic Operation Overview The VE829 Transmitter and Receiver communicate wirelessly. At startup, ensure that the units first estab lish a connection with each other.

21 Chapter 4 OSD Operation Overview The On-Screen Display (OSD) is a menu driven method to han dle VE829T / VE829R control and switching operations. It appears on the attached HDMI displays (Transmitter or Receiver) af ter hardware connections are made and the devices are powered on.
VE829 User Manual 22 To add another Transmitter to a Receiver, do the following steps: 1. Make sure T ransmitter 1 is powered of f. Press T ransmitter No. on the IR remote control (po inting to the R eceiver). 2. Press the Up / Down button on you r remote control and go to SETUP , press OK .
OSD Operation 23 Remove T ransmitter To remove a Transmitter from the list of transmitters paired with a receiver, do the following: 1. Press T ransmitter No. on the IR remote control , go to SETUP then press OK . 2. Select Remove T ransmitter . 3. Go to the T ransmitter you want to remove and press OK .
