1 Unpacking and Placement Unpacking Procedure The SX60m is packaged for maxim um prot ection. To o pen, sit the box uprigh t and cut the reinforce d tape at the top of t he box. The product can no w be rem oved. Pull the foam protecting end-caps o ff either side of the unit and remove the bl ack ma terial covering .
2 Instant Install If you are like us, the first thing you will want to do is to p lay your favourite piece of music th rough y our new SX60m. The following instructions are written to enab le you to achieve this as quickly as possible.
Switch on SX60m Caution! Prior to connect ing the AC mains, please che ck the voltage label on the rear panel to ensure that your unit confor ms to the power supply in your area. N ever attempt to conn ect the unit to the i ncorrect voltage. Insert the power cord supp lied into the rear o f the SX60m and into the wall.

6 Special Design Features Construction The SX60m is styl ish and unobt rusive. The front panel i s made from hi gh qualit y solid 6.0m m (0.2”) t hick alum inium extrusion featuring our trademark mach ined Perreaux logo and large volume cont rol knob.
Finest Quality Components Used Throughout The SX60m features a 98VA toroidal mains transformer directly soldered to the PCB, Wima and Elna capacitors, highest quality Zobel network and customized internal heat sink solution. The PCB is double-sided and con struc ted fro m the highest quality fibreglass base stock feat uring 2oz copper.
7 Care and Maintenance Note: Please switch the unit off and remove the cord set from the rear of the Amplifier before attempti ng to clean your SX60m in the manner described below. Never apply liquid directly to the SX60m. Never use abrasives. Never rub in a circular motion.
8 Warranty Information 1 Year Limited Warranty The Perreaux SX60m is warranted free fr om defects in material and workma nship under nor mal use for a period o f 1-year (365 days) from the date of p urchase.

10 Troubleshooting Guide Please use this guide if you are experie ncing any problems with the SX60m in your system. It will prov ide possible solutions for so me gi ven symp to ms. There is no output from my system SX60m not turned on Make sure the SX60m power switch is in the DOWN position.
