1 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide Section 1 Introduction The Prowler ™ 710 Overview Automatically clean your pool in 60 to 90 minutes or less The fastest and most effective robotic cleaner in its class, the Prowler ™ 710 features true “plug and play” convenience.
2 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide General Features The Prowler ™ 710 features three-way cleaning performance: • Dual pressure wash jets lift sand, silt and algae off floors and walls – including surface pores where brushes can’t reach.

4 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide How your Prowler ™ 710 Cleaner works The patented built in pump motor provides the power for your cleaner ’ s jet drive propulsion and hydroscrubbing jets.
5 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide Setting up your Prowler™ 710 Cleaner Y our new cleaner consists of two main parts: A. Power Supply (T ransformer) with T wo-Hour Automatic Shut-Off, Figure 1 .
6 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide Setting up the Power Supply W ARNING — Risk of electrical shock or electrocution. A ground fault current interrupter (GFCI) must be in place to protect your electric outlet .

8 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide Adjusting the Timing Cycle The T ime Control Dial located on the front panel of the Power Supply can be adjusted to allow more or less time between the cleaner's forward and reverse motion, see Figure 8.
9 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide The Cleaning Motion in the Pool The size of your pool, and the amount of debris in it, will determine the length of time required to clean the pool.
10 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide Cleaning or Changing the Filter Bag 1. Make sure that the Power Supply is turned “OFF” and that the cleaner's Floating Cable is unplugged from the Power Supply.
11 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide In-Season Storage W ARNING — Do not allow swimmers in the pool while your pool cleaner is in the pool. Cable can trip or entangle swimmers which could result in drowning. Do not leave your cleaner in the pool when not in use.

13 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide Section 3 T roubleshooting Use the following troubleshooting information to resolve possible problems with your Prowler™ 710 pool cleaner . Problem Corrective Action Slower motion or inefficient vacuuming.
14 Prowler ™ 710 Installation and User ’ s Guide Problem Corrective Action Does not reverse direction. T ake a garden hose with high pressure, spray into the V alve Housing at each V alve Port opening, ( Figure 2, Item 9 ). This should free the Jet V alve System of any debris.
