4 C2433M-D (9/06) Description DF8 Series pendant domes are discreet surveillan ce domes that are designed for indoor or outdoor use. Indoor pen dant models co me in light g ray or blac k finish. Outdoor pe ndant mode ls are lig ht gray onl y and include a heater t hat allows operation down to -60°F (-51°C).

8 C2433M-D (9/06) CAMERA AND LENS T o install the came ra and lens: 1. Outdoor models only: Connect 24 V AC power inpu t wires to the AC IN connect ors on the te rminal block on the side of the bac k box. 2. Extend the lens to the maxi mum length before in stalling the ca mera in the back box.
C2433M-D (9/06) 9 3. Attach the trim ring leash to the T -sh aped sheet metal tab on the retaining ring of the lower dome. T uck the en d of the trim ring leash behind the raised shee t metal stop, and make sure the leash will hold the lower dome. Figure 5.
