C1302M-F (11/08 ) 13 Install the Camera Module T o install the camera mo dule do t he following: 1. Refer to Figure 4. Loosen the set screw at the ba ck of the enclosure with the provided 1.5 mm Alle n wrench. Figure 4. Loosen Set Screw 2. Use the supplied spanne r wrench to loosen the ba ck of the camera enclosur e (refer to Figure 5).
14 C1302M-F (11/08) 3. Slide th e camera modul e into the enclosure. Ref er to Figur e 6 to posi tion the camera module pr operly in the enclosure . Careful ly mate the camera’ s po wer connector to the ma ting connector locat ed inside the enclosur e.
C1302M-F (11/08 ) 15 4. Refer to Figure 8 and do the following to install the arm of the wiper: a. Place the su pplied gree n bushing on the stud l ocated be hind the ha ndle of the camera module . The bushin g should be in the sam e orientatio n as shown in Figure 8.
16 C1302M-F (11/08) Install the Pan and T ilt Unit 1. Check fo r proper se ating of t he power modu le seal. Make sure the se al is fully seated in t he groove o n the top of the powe r m odule. C1302M-F (11/08 ) 17 Install the Sun Shroud 1. Place the supplied nylon washer s on the 6-32 Phillips pan head screws. Refer to Figure 11. 2. Align the moun ting holes of the sun shrou d with the holes on top o f the enclosure. 3. Use the su pplied nyl on washers an d screws to se cure the su n shroud to the enclosu re.
18 C1302M-F (11/08) Maintenance CAMERA MODULE REPLACEMENT T o replace t he camera mod ule do th e following: 1. Remove the back cap of the came ra enclosure. Refer to Figur e 12 and do the following: a. Loosen the set screw with a 1 .5 mm Allen wren ch.
C1302M-F (11/08 ) 19 3. For mo dels with wiper s, also re move the wiper a rm and the g reen bus hing from th e unit (see F igure 13) . 4. Slide the camera module out of the enclosure. 5. Install the new camera mo dule by doin g the follo wing: Slide the camera module into the enclo sure.

Reinstall the wiper arm. Pl ace the ridg e of the a rm in the n otch of th e enclosure tab and the slot of th e arm ov er the gre en bushing.
