10 SA FETY RULE S The warranty on your WW Electri c Burnout Furnace and the WW Computer ized Progr ammer does not cover damage fr om overfiring, rega rdles s of the circ umstances. It is the operator's responsibil ity to make s ure that the furnace turns off at the end of the f iri ng.
11 PERM ANENT PROGR AM NO. 1 [ - EL - ] ( USED F OR WA X ELIMINA TION ONLY ) Th e wa x elimi nat ion prog ram w ill heat at th e rate of 12 50 ° ° ° ° F (750 ° ° ° ° C) per hour for 15 minu tes or un til t he tem peratu re rea ches 300 ° ° ° ° F (150 ° ° ° ° C).
12 PERM ANENT PROGR AM NO. 2 [ 5Hr] This progr am opera tes the furna c e for 1 hour at 300 ° ° ° ° F (1 50 ° ° ° ° C) and th en ad va nces sl ow ly to 1 350 ° ° ° ° F (730 ° ° ° ° C) over a pe riod of approx imately 2 hours, then holds t hat temper ature for 1 h our .
13 PERM ANENT PROGR AM NO. 3 [ 12 Hr ] Befo re you use thi s prog ram, yo u must first elim inat e the w ax w ith eit her steam or ut iliz e PROG RA M NO. 1. After th e wax has bee n remo ved you m ay load the fur nace SPRUE HOLE UP or use our WWT13 or WWT18 Grate & Tray and the spr ue holes can rema in down.
