4 STEP 1: FIGURE 1 0 1 2 34 5 6 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 • LOOSELY assemble LOWER CROSS SUPPORT (8) to the TOWER (1) and BENCH FRAME (7) using four 1/2 X 4” BOLTS (33), four 1/2” WASHERS (40) and four 1/2” LOCK NUTS (43).
STEP 2: FIGURE 2 5 STEP 3: FIGURE 3 • SECURELY assemble the LEFT (2) and RIGHT (3) LEG EXT. HANDLES to the BENCH FRAME (7) using two 3/8 X 3-1/4” BOLTS (35), four 3/8” WASHERS (41), and two 3/8” LOCK NUTS (44). See FIGURE 2. • Slide two HINGE TABS (45) onto the BENCH FRAME (7) as shown in FIGURE 2.
STEP 4: FIGURE 4 6 STEP 5: FIGURE 5 0 1 2 34 5 6 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 • SECURELY assemble SEAT PAD (15) to HINGE TABS (45) using two 3/8 X 1” BOLTS (38) and two 3/8” WASHERS (41). See FIGURE 4. • SECURELY assemble one 1/2” SPRING PIN (46) to the BENCH FRAME (7) as shown in FIGURE 4.
FIGURE 6 7 STEP 6: FIGURE 7 • SECURELY assemble BACK PAD (14) to the RIGHT & LEFT PAD SUPPORTS (12) (13) using four 3/8 X 2-3/4” BOLTS (36) and four 3/8” WASHERS (41) as shown in FIGURE 6.
STEP 9: 8 0 1 2 34 5 6 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 • SECURELY assemble two 3/8” SPRING PINS (47) to the PAD SLEEVES (6) as shown in FIGURE 9. • Assemble four ROLLER PADS (4) to the PAD SLEEVES (6) using four PLASTIC WASHERS (24) and four STARLOCK COLLARS (49).
FIGURE 11 9 • Insert the two GUIDE RODS (5) into the base of the TOWER (1) as shown in FIGURE 11. Lubricate the GUIDE RODS with a slicon or teflon spray that is available at most hardware stores. • Slide two WEIGHT STACK CUSHIONS (26) down over the GUIDE RODS (5).

FIGURE 14 11 STEP 14: • SECURELY assemble the CABLE (23) to the cam on the LEG PEDESTAL (9) using one 3/8 X 1” BOLT (38), one 3/8” WASHER (41), and one 3/8” LOCK NUT (44). See FIGURE 14. • Attach two 1 X 1” GLIDES (29) to the LEFT & RIGHT PAD SUPPORTS (12) (13) approximately where shown in FIGURE 14.
FIGURE 15 12 STEP 15: • SECURELY assemble three 4-1/2” PULLEYS (21) to the brackets on the BENCH FRAME (7) and LOWER CROSS SUPPORT (8), using three 3/8 X 2” BOLTS (37), one 2-7/8” L-BRACKET (27), and three 3/8” LOCK NUTS (44) as shown in FIGURE 15.
FIGURE 16 13 STEP 16: • Screw the treaded end of the CABLE (23) approximately 3/4” into the end of the WEIGHT STACK SHAFT (19) and tighten jam nut securely.
FIGURE 17 14 STEP 17: 0 1 2 34 5 6 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 • Loosen the two 1/2 X 3” BOLTS (34) holding the UPPER CROSS SUPORT (11) to the TOWER (1) as shown in FIGURE 17. 16 STEP 18: • Assemble FRONT SHROUD (16) over the pro- truding bolts, then assemble the REAR SHROUD (17) inside of the FRONT SHROUD (16).
FIGURE 19 15 STEP 19: • Securely tigten the bolts holding the FRONT (16) & REAR (17) SHROUDS. THIS CONCLUDES THE ASSEMBLY OF THE 909101 LEG CURL/EXTENSION TIGHTEN ! TIGHTEN !.
