PRESS ARM FIGURE 2 STEP 2 ¯ Slide two ROLLERPADS (4) over the SQUAT BAR (2). See FIGURE 2. Space PADS out equally to support back of neck. (Optional : SQUAT BAR may be used without ROLLER PADS.) ¯ Insert SQUAT BAR (4) into the hole on the PRESS ARM as shown.
