9-1 /2" 4 FIGURE 1 STEP 1: • SECUREL Y assemble the SECOND ARM (5) to the FRAME (1) using one 1/2 X 5” BOL T (12), two 3/4” FLANGE BEARINGS (14), one 3/4 X 4” SHAFT (17) and one 1/2” LOCK NUT (13).

FIGURE 3 STEP 3: 6 • Insert two 3/4” FLANGE BEARINGS (14) and one 3/4 X 4” SHAFT (17) into the SECOND ARM (5) as shown in FIGURE 3. • Insert two 3/4” FLANGE BEARINGS (14) and one 3/4 X 4” SHAFT (17) into the MAIN ARM (4) as shown in FIGURE 3.
7 STEP 4: FIGURE 4 • SECUREL Y assemble the FOOTPLA TE (6) to the SECOND ARM (5) and the MAIN ARM (4) using two 1/2 X 5” BOL TS (12) and two 1/2” LOCK NUTS (13).
8 STEP 5: FIGURE 5 3/8 X 2-3/4” 9 1 11 10 3 • SECUREL Y assemble the HANDLE (3) to the FRAME (1) using two 3/8 X 2-3/4” BOL TS (9), four 3/8” FLA T W ASHERS (10) and two 3/8” LOCK NUTS (1 1) as shown in FIGURE 5.
9 STEP 6: FIGURE 6 • CAREFULLEY slide the SEA T ADJUST (2) into the FRAME (1) and engage the SPRING PIN into one of the adjustment holes. See FIGURE 6. • Attach eight P ARAGLIDE STRIPS (15) to the inside of the tube on the FRAME (1) using the following steps: • Thoroughly clean all surfaces where the P ARAGLIDE STRIPS (15) are to be attached.
STEP 7: FIGURE 7 • SECUREL Y assemble one P AD (8) to the SEA T ADJUST (2) using two 3/8 X 2-3/4” BOL TS (9) and two 3/8” FLA T W ASHERS (10) as shown in FIGURE 7.
