7 Introduction Welcome to the Pandigit al Multimedia Digital Photo Frame ( DPF). Now you can display your digital photos di re ctly fro m your me mory car d, no computer is necessary.
8 Overview of th e DPF (The memory card slots, ports, and jacks in your DPF may be different than those pictured here.) Remote Control You can acce ss al l of the D PF’s fe atur es, and perfo rm all of the function s by using the remote c ontrol.
9 Overview of Remote Control Store Remote Control You can av oid misplacing the r emote control by safely storing it on the ba ck o f the DPF when not in use.
10 Replace the Remote Control Battery 1. Hold the remote con trol wi th the buttons facing down. 2. Push and hold the small release tab while pulling the battery tray out. 3. Replace the “CR202 5” Lithium battery on the tray with the positive (+) side facing up.
11 Getting Started 1. Plug the AC Power Adapter into the DPF’s DC power jack and an electrical wall outlet. 2. Slide the power bu tton on the le ft side of the DPF up to the ON position. 3. If prompted, select the desired language for the us er interface display (varies by model) .

24 Import Music Files into Internal Memory You can impo rt you r mus ic file s from externa l media s ources (i .e., memory card, USB flash dr ive) into t he DPF’s inter nal mem ory. The number of music files you can im port depends on file size and available memory.
25 VIDEOS The DPF supports motion JP EG AVI vi d eo files. If your movie file is not in AVI format, you may have to convert the file by using a software video converter which i s easily found for purchas e on the Internet.
26 Import Video Files into Internal Memory You can import you r v ideo file s from external media sources (i.e., memory card, USB flash dr ive) into t he DPF’s inter nal mem ory. The number of videos you can import de pends on file si ze and available memor y.
27 TIP : If you se lect Yes by mistake, press EXIT to cancel the dele te operation. Video files alre ady deleted w ill not be autom ati c ally r est ored. 28 Set Sc hedule You can schedule the DPF to auto ma tical ly go in to a “st and-b y” mode and resume opera tion accor d ing to your weekly sc hedule.
29 CAUTION : Af ter you selec t the Run Schedule fu nction, any us er intervention will ca ncel the activation (i.e ., pr ess ing remote or co ntrol bu tton, powering off) and the schedule will no t take effec t unt il you se lect th is func t ion aga in to re-act ivate.
30 Set Alarm You ca n use y our DP F as an al arm clock when desir ed . Y ou ca n set the frequency of th e alarm, and s et th e alert to sound the built- in tone or play your music file. 1. 32 Assign Recipes to ‘My Favorite Recipes’ You can assign recipes from a main Cookbook into six food group categor ies f or quick and e asy re trie val: Hors d’oeuvres, Soups, Salads, Entrées, Desserts and Others . (The food gr oup category names are no t changeable) .
33 Copy or Reassign Recipes f r om one Category to Another After you have as signed recipes in to food group categories, y ou can reassign (move) or copy (duplicate) them from one c ategory into another when desired. 1. On the RECIPES screen, sele ct My Favorite Recipes .
34 2. Select the desired food gro up category from which you will unassign re cipes. 3. On the Food Group Thumbnails s creen, us e to scroll through the reci pes, and then press ‘ + ’ to select recipes you want to unassi gn. 4. Press MEN U , and then se l e c t Unassign .

40 Import FrameIt Photos into Internal Memo ry 1. On the HOME screen, select Wi-Fi . 2. On the Photo Sharing screen, select Fram eIt , and then select the desired folde r containing photos you want to import. 3. To import all photo files, press MENU and th en se lect Import All .
41 Connect DPF with Photo Sharing Websites 1. After establishing accounts with the online photo sharing websites (per in struc t ion s above) , on the HO ME screen, select Wi-Fi . 2. Select the User Settings button associated with the desi red online phot o sh ari ng websi t e.

43 Connect DPF to PC Wirelessly 1. On the HOME screen, select Wi-Fi . 2. Select Connect to PC , and then select the UPnP s erver to which you want to connect. 3.
