5 Introduction Welcome to the Pandigit al Multimedia Digital Photo Frame ( DPF). Now you can display your digital photos di re ctly fro m your me mory car d, no computer is necessary.

7 Overview of Remote Control Safely Store Remote Control You can av oid misplacing the r emote control by safely storing it on the ba ck o f the DPF when not in use.
8 Replace the Remote Control Battery 1. Hold the remote con trol wi th the buttons facing down. 2. Push and hold the small release tab while pulling the battery tray out. 3. Replace the “CR202 5” Lithium battery on the tray with the positive (+) side facing up.
9 Getting Started 1. Plug the AC Power Adapter into the DPF’s DC power jack and an electrical wall outlet. 2. Slide the power bu tton on the le ft side of the DPF up to the ON position. 3. If prompted, select the desired language for the us er interface display (varies by model).

Import Photos into Internal Memory You can impo rt your photo files fro m memo ry cards in to the DPF’ s internal memory. The nu mber of photo files yo u c an import depends on file size and available memory.

1 7 Only photos stored in the intern al memory can be assigned to the slideshow folders. Assigned photos ar e not physically mov ed or copied into the folders, rather, a link is assign ed to the photo so it appears to be locate d in the folder.
18 To copy or r eassign multiple photos, us e to scroll through the p hotos, use ‘ + ’ to select those that y ou want to copy or reassign (‘ - ‘ will deselect) , and then press MENU . 3. Select Copy to Folder or Reassign to Folder , an d then select the desire d folde r into which yo u want to reassign or copy the photos .
1 9 Set Slideshow Shuffle You can set the slideshow to di splay your photos in a random ‘shuffle’ order, or display them in the order as stored on the select ed medi a sour ce. 1. On the HOME screen, press MENU to displ ay the Setup Menu . 2. Select Slideshow Setup .

On the CALENDAR/CLOC K scre en, pr ess MENU , and then select the Media Source button in the uppe r right corner.

24 Disconnect DPF from Windows PC It is im portant to al ways perf orm a safe PC ‘release’ before disconnecting the DPF U SB cabl e from the P C. WARNING : Do not unplug or switc h of f the DPF when files are b eing transferred, as that can se riously damage the memory.
2 5 Disconnect DPF from Macintosh Computer 1. To safely disconnect th e DPF fr om you r Macintosh, select DPF’s icon on your desk top and press Command- e to ejec t the disk . 2. When the icon is no longer on the desktop, it is safe to unp lug the USB cable.
