Part Names and Functions 9 Operating Instructions ■ Contr ol panel Pa n e l Name Description Contrast/ Remaining Film Indicator This lamp indicator notifies the user when the time to replace the ther mal transf er film is approaching (estimated) and of the printing contrast used during copying.
Installing the Thermal Transfer Film 10 Install the ther mal transf er film in the printer . 1 Set the power switch to on ( I ). • “ ” will flash on the Multi-Copy/Error Indicator when the ther mal transf er film has run out. • T he screen will mov e to home position and stop .
