20 Notebook PC User Manual B attery Lock - Spring The spring batter y lock is used to keep the battery pack secured . W hen the batter y pack is inser ted , it will automatically lock. T o remove the batt er y pack, this spring lock must be held in the unlocked position.

Using this jack automatically disables the built-in speakers. SPDIF Output Jack This jack provides connection to SPDIF (Sony/Philips Digital Interface) compliant devices for digital audio output.

64 Notebook PC User Manual 3. Hold the disc by the edge and face the disc’ s printed side up. Push down on both sides of the disc’ s center until the disc snaps onto the hub . The hub should be higher than the disc when correctly mounted . 4. Slowly push the drive ’ s tray back in.
