3. F ax 32 3.6 Broadcast transmission By storing one-touch dial and navigator directory items (page 29) into the broadcast memory , you can send the same docum ent to multiple parties (up to 20). Y our programmed items will remain in the broadcast memory , allowing frequent r e-use.

3. F ax 34 3.7 Receiving a fa x automatic ally – A uto answ er ON 3.7.1 Activating F AX ONL Y mode 1 Press { F AX A UTO ANSW ER } repeatedly to displa y the f ollowing. FAX O NLY M ODE 3 RINGS [ V^ ] L The displa y will show the ring setting in F AX ONL Y mode.

4. Caller ID 38 4 Caller ID Caller ID 4.1 Caller ID ser vice This unit is comp atible with the Caller ID service offered by y o ur local telephone company . T o use this unit’ s Caller ID features, yo u must subscribe to Caller ID service . Make sure the f o llowing ring setting is set to 2 or more rings beforehand.
4. Caller ID 39 Display while viewing L When the unit could not receiv e a name, the disp lay will sh ow “ NO NAME RCV D ” . L When no calls ha ve been received, the disp lay will sh ow “ NO CALL ER D ATA ” . T o e dit a telephone number before calling back Press {*} repeatedly after step 2.
