16 Receiving faxes Receiving a fax manuall y (A UT O ANSWER off) 2 When: – document reception is re q uired, – a f ax calling tone (slow beep) is heard, or – no sound is heard, press (F ax), then replace the handset. The unit will star t f ax reception.
17 Displa y when faxes are received in memory 1 Press (Call/F ax list) and (F ax list). 2 Press (Search button) to select the desired f ax to displa y . 3 Press (Displa y) to see the f ax (see below f or detail). T o print the display ed page, press (Print a P age).
