The CPU that came with the motherboard should have a fan attached to it to prevent overheating. If this is not the case, then purchase a fan before you turn on your system.

Step 4: Install the Heatsink Carefully place the fan heatsink on top of the heatsink support base and connect the fan power cable to the CPU fan connector .
