Parallel Port Connector (26-1 pin P ARALLEL) This connector supports the included parallel and PS/2 mouse connector set. Connect the parallel ribbon cable to this connector and mount the bracket to the case on an open slot.

Orientate the fans so that the heat sink fins allow airflow to go across the onboard heat sink(s) instead of the expansion slots.

Graphics Aperture Size (64MB) Memory-mapped, graphics data structures can reside in a Graphics Aperture.

Y ou can select either: 378H / IRQ 7, 278H / IRQ 5, Disabled. If you install an I/O card with a parallel port, ensure that there is no conflict in the address assignments.

BIOS SETUP Load BIOS Defaults The “Load BIOS Defaults” option allows you to load the troubleshooting default values permanently stored in the BIOS ROM. These default settings are non-opti- mal and disable all high performance features.

BIOS SETUP Supervisor Password and User Password These two options set the system passwords. “Supervisor Password” sets a pass- word that will be used to protect the system and the Setup utility; “User Password” sets a password that will be used exclusively on the system.
