When RED key is pressed, the bar display appears in red to indicate the current level setting for Brightness.

8 CHILD LOCK 1. 2. The purpose of this key (6) is to prevent the child from watching the TV when the parents are not around by keeping the RC keypad. When this key is pressed, a OSD symbol will be displayed permanently to inform the user that it is in Child Lock mode.
9 TELETEXT FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONS The thing to remember about Teletext is that it is slow. It is the nature of the system itself, where a large amount of information is sent using a small fraction of the TV signal. If you get yourself into trouble, read the following instruction carefully.
10 Four Colour Memory. (OPTIONAL) The set is fitted with a four-page memory to speed up operation and make it more convenient to use.
