2 Overview This document contains st ep-by-step disa ssembly instructions for the Stella (iXtreme) chassi s. The instructions are illustrated where necessary with images of the pa rt that is being removed or disassembled. Furthermore , the screws that are re moved are shown next to the image of the parts themselves.
3 Hazardous Voltage There is hazardous voltage present insi de the computer when it is conne cted to an AC supply, even when the computer’s power switch i s off. Exposure to hazardous voltage could cause personal injury. To avoid risk of injury, contact an Authorized Service Provider for proper (un)i nstallation of optional hardwar e devices .
4 Removing the Rear Bezel To remove the rear bezel, do as follows: 1. Turn off the computer, the monitor and all peripheral device s. 2. Disconnect all power and d ata cables connected to the comp uter. 3. Face the back of the unit. 4. Locate a handhold under the chassi s.

6 Removing the Drive Bracket To remove the drive bracket containing the DVD/CD-ROM drive and the floppy disk drive, first remove the rear bezel (see section Removing the Rear Bezel ), remove the left .
