6 3 4 Attach th e left / right cabine t panel a s sembly to th e Bottom Pan el (C18) using M6x 40 Bolts (D5 x 8pcs) a n d M6 N u t s (D6x 8pc s) as shown . Uns crew t he Locknuts (D7) f ro m both ends of the Axle (C21). Slide the a x le through t h e corre sponding hole s in t h e l ef t legs.
7 Attach Drip Tray Left B rac ket (B 10) to th e right legs usin g S T4.0x 10 Sc rews (D 1x 2pc s) as shown . Repeat abo ve process f or Drip Tray Right Bracket (B 11). Install Front Panel (C16) betwee n left / rig h t f ront l eg s using ST4.0x 10 S crews (D1x4pcs).
8 Rem ov e the retaining bolts from Storage Box Ha n dle (C 14), an d t h e n attac h it onto Storage Bo x (C15) using t h e reta in ing bolt s . 7 8 Install the storage box assembly between left / ri g h t f ron t legs usin g M4 x10 Step Bolts (D3 x 4pc s).
9 9 10 Attach th e Upper S u ppo rt (C13) to t h e f ron t l egs usi n g M6 x 15 B ol t s (D4x 4pc s). C13 Rem ov e the retain ing bolt s f ro m legs , and then attach Body Support A (C22) onto th e l.
10 Attach Side Burner Shelf Panel (C2) o nto Side Burner Shelf (C1) using M6x15 Bolt s (D4 x2pcs) and M6 Nuts (D6x2pcs). 11 12 C2 C1 Caref u lly place the Barbecue Body (B1) onto the c abin et s tru ct u re and fi x using M6x40 Bo l ts (D 5x 8pc s) as sh own.
11 13 14 Attach the side burner valve a nd Knob Bez el (C4) onto side b u r n er shel f using M4 x 10 Bolts (D2 x 2pcs) a s sh ow n. Press the Side Bu r ner Knob (C5) onto side b u rner va l ve stem . C5 C4 Attach th e side bur n er shelf assembly to th e barbecue body using ST4.
12 15 16 At ta ch Si de Sh elf P an el (C8 ) on to Si de S h elf ( C7) us in g M 6x 15 Bol ts (D 4x 2pc s ) an d M6 Nu ts (D6x 2pc s ). C8 C7 Feed the venturi tube of the Side B u r n er (C6) through the hole in bottom of the s ide burner shelf, and fix side it on to side burner shelf u sing a M4x10 Bolt ( D2) as s h ow n .
13 Insert the Drip Tra y (B12) b y sliding it un der neath the barbecue body. Place t h e D rip Pan (B13) i n position as shown. 17 18 B12 B13 Attach the side shelf ass em bly to the barbecue bod y using ST4.0x10 Screw (D1x 2pc s ) a n d M6x15 Bolts (D4x4pcs) as s h own.
14 19 20 Place the Si de B urner Grid (C3) onto the side bur n er sh elf . NO TE: Make sur e the bas e of co oki ng ut ens il t o put on th e side bur ner i s la rge r than 150m m a nd sm aller tha n 22 0mm . [20] C3 Rem ov e the pl a stic wrap f ro m th e Lava Rock (B6) and then di s tr ibu te t he Lav a Rock ev e nly in the Basket (B7).
