C ARE AND CLEANING When replacing LID , the spring on LID must be inser ted down in fron t of the metal clip that is located on the fryer housing . NOTE: Alw ays remov e LID before emptying the OIL RESERVOIR or cleaning. CAUTION: Ensur e that lid is in place and secure prior to oper ation of unit.
