6 cleaning Cleaning the Rotisserie Before using your O STER ® Carousel Rotisserie for the first time: W ash the cooking basket, spit, drip pan, reflector shield and door in hot, soapy water . Rinse and dry . N OTE : The following items are dishwasher safe: door (top rack only), drip pan, cooking basket, and reflector shield.
