Note : When the keypad is loc ked, ke y and INT ke y can be used to ans wer an e xternal or intercom call.

29 ANSWERING MA CHINE OPERA TION Answering mac hine Ring dela y Setting This setting is used to set the ring times. Def ault number of ring -3 1 . Press and hold 2-9/GS key (bottom of base) f or 2 seconds. “ Set rings ” will be heard f ollow ed by a short beep, after a pause then prompt current rings.
ANSWERING MA CHINE OPERA TION 30 OGM (Outgoing Messages) M5200 has two OGM message modes: OGM1 (Announcement One) mode: Callers can hear a pre-recorded message “ Please leave a message after the beep ” and the unit records the caller's message.
31 ANSWERING MA CHINE OPERA TION Play OGM During standby mode, 1 . Press ANS ke y to pla y the OGM. 2 . Press ke y to stop pla ying and return to standby mode. Delete OGM During OGM playing mode , 1 . Press X key to delete the OGM. 2 . The machine will retur n to standby mode after 5 seconds .
ANSWERING MA CHINE OPERA TION 32 ICM (Incoming Messages) Record ICM During OGM 1 mode, the machine can record callers’ messages. During recording mode, the light will flash. The machine will stop automatically after recording 2 minutes. Or you can stop recording b y pressing key .
33 ANSWERING MA CHINE OPERA TION Memo Record memo Y ou can record memos for other users of the unit to hear . The maximum recording time is 2 minutes. During standby mode, 1 . Press and hold MEMO ke y until y ou hear a long beep . 2 . Speak into the microphone after the beep.
ANSWERING MA CHINE OPERA TION 34 Delete all messages While you are listening to a message , 1 . Press and hold X k e y . The voice prompt, “ all message deleted ” can be heard f ollowed b y a long beep .
