18 3. Using the Unit 3.2 Place Y our Arm Through the Arm Cuff Remove the cushion sheet befo re using th e unit for the first ti me. T ake read ings with y our bare arm or light c lothing. Not e: Remove thic k clo thing from your upper ar m. Do not take re adings over thick clothes or rolled- up sl eeve s.
