All documen ts deposited in a MBX are adde d to the on es already present. In polling, the MBX’s are on ly accessible with an MBX code.

B2520 / B2540 - 28 - 6 - Parameters/Setup Printing the logs The incoming and outgoing logs list the last 30 transmission s (incoming and outgoing) made by your machine. An automatic print out will ta ke place after every 30 transmissions. However, you m ay request a print out at any time.
B2520 / B2540 - 29 - 6 - Parameters/Setup Lock the SMS service This function prevents access to the SMS service. To access the SMS service locking menu: 815 - ADVANCED FCT / LOCK / LOCK SMS 1 Enter the four-d igit locking code with the numerica l keypad.
B2520 / B2540 - 30 - 7 - Directory Directory Your multifunction machine lets you create a directory by memorising subscriber records an d subscriber lists. Your machine can store up to 25 0 subscriber records, which you can group in 20 subscriber lists.
