4 Executive Series 1624n English Français • Lift the printer and place it on the selec ted location (dimensions are approximate). • Remov e the packing materials and shipping tape. • Soule vez l'imprimante et placez-la à l'endroit désiré (les dimensions sont approximati ves).
Executive Series 1624n 5 English Français Prepare the Image Drum/T oner Units • Press the release b utton and lift the top co v er . • Remov e the black image drum/toner unit (kee p unit upright to av oid toner spillage).
6 Executive Series 1624n English Français • Remov e the tapes and sheets. Caution! Do not touch the image drum’ s sh iny green surface. Do not expose the drum to direct sunlight.
Executive Series 1624n 7 English Français • Replace the black drum/toner unit, then push the lock lev er toward the back of the printer as far as it will go . Caution! If TONER SENSOR ERR OR appears when you turn on the printer , the lever for the toner cartridg e color indi cated is not pushed all the way back.
